Check and remember this when trying to find out why you get a certificate error:

The URL used by you, and the MDrivenServer (it calls itself in intraprocess calls) HAVE to match the certificate.
Be sure to install a self-signed certificate such as the Trusted Root Certificate publisher.
Try using another browser - Edge might cause problems at this time.
