Fault-finding certificate problems in IIS

Check and remember this when trying to find out why you get a certificate error:

The URL you use, and the MDrivenServer (it calls itself in intraprocess calls) HAVE to match the certificate.
Be sure to install a self-signed certificate such as the Trusted Root Certificate publisher.
Try using another browser.
