Returns the current time by returning the time part of DateTime.Now
DateTime.time
Example:
If right now is:
2025-12-12 14:45:30
Then:
DateTime.time = 14:45:30- Removes the date (year/month/day)
- Keeps only the hour, minute, second, and millisecond
- Useful when you care about time of day, not the full date
