strToTime converts a string into a TimeSpan value using the CLR's TimeSpan.Parse() method.

Syntax

strToTime() : TimeSpan

Use strToTime when a duration or time-span value is stored as a String and needs to be converted to a typed TimeSpan for use in time arithmetic, comparisons, or as input to sumTime.
