RegExpMatch is versatile for finding whether a complex pattern is in a string.

Example

For an email regular expression match, we can use this.

'john@mdriven.net'.regExpMatch('^[a-A-0-9+_.-]+@[a-A-0-9.-]+\.[a-zA-Z]{2,3}$')

This returns True.
