User actions comes in 3 flavors.

  1. Global actions end up in the main menu and usually bring up a user interface (based on a ViewModel).
  2. Class actions - these are shown in the user interface in the left side menu whenever they find an object of the class they are defined for
  3. ViewModel actions - these are specific to one view only
