Legacy way to get to the user domain name of the currently logged in user on a windows machine.

Mostly used for WPF client side. On the server the logged in user is some server account.

To get the application user use the [[Documentation:OCLOperators oclSingleton|SysSingleton.oclSingleton.CurrentUser]] pattern.
